Or, how I spent 40 years manifesting one idea.
DNA talking here and this is the beginning of our story. This story will grow as we approach the premiere of our movie in the spring of 2026. Our team is hardcore independents who spend our lives promoting other people. Together we have helped thousands of artists, musicians, poets, dancers, and filmmakers achieve their goals and dreams.
This time we are the ones looking for strange attractors.
We’re looking for early fans, other creatives, those with a deep streak of the weird, and anyone wanting to help us through our roll out. And so. . .

In 2025 I threw up the proverbial Bat Signal for anyone that wanted to follow me into a new adventure.
Responding immediately were Dylan Hillerman and Julia Arrgh -
Our core creative team, aka The Schmenge Brothers, filmed an extremely ambitious feature entitled, MESSIAH INK.
SIDENOTE: Yes, we are a unit of co-directors and we refer to ourselves as The Schmenge Brothers.
Who We Are:
DYLAN & JULIA
Husband-and-wife team Dylan and Julia operate GuignolFest Media (founded 2008), an innovative Portland-based company, producing film festivals, creative projects, and live performances. As producers, artists, actors, and film editors, they collaborate with many filmmakers at all levels of production. Dylan has foundations in graphics, theater, art education, and film for 40+ years. Julia has been an interdisciplinary artist since the early 1990’s, for commercial and museum work internationally. They are also researchers and educators for art and emerging technology. Commercially, they produce animated and filmed content for their clientele. For MESSIAH INK, they are Co-Directors/Co-Producers with DNA and the film editors.
Comedian and journalist, DNA, has produced 5000 community-based events over the last 40 years. MESSIAH INK is a passion project that started as a failed Master’s thesis, an elaborate play, a thin novel, a thicker novel, two abandoned web series, and is now arriving in full form in June. Exactly when the world ends, just as planned.
